ABC v1.3 Progress News and Feedback

First topic message reminder :

So, Ohayou mina san..

========================= PROGRESS =========================
As what I said previously,
I'll list all progress of ABC 1.3 here, just to make clear to all about what we have done today
Started from 30/07/2012 until the release time (around Eid al- Fitr/Idul Fitri)
(Does not include progress before 30/07/2012, We'll constantly update this)

30/07/2012 Currently work on new Hero (Ueki) in total 60% ability has done, SFX 80%.
( 1 from 6 hero remaining )

31/08/2012 Add new ability for Tenshi
New Hero (Ueki) 80% done
Add new hero (Syaoran) 20% done

1/08/2012 Shishi wo Kogasu effect changed
Testing & fixing bug & rebalancing new hero (Ueki)

2/08/2012 Working on New hero (Syaoran) 90% done.

3/08/2012 New Hero (Syaoran) and (Ueki) 're done
Testing & Fixing bug on new hero
Haruhi default ability changed

4/08/2012 Beta Testing

5/08/2012 Adding Icon, Model and hero description.

6/08/2012 Add New ability for tenshi

7/08/2012 -Illusion now can't trigger Sealing Wand and Sakabato
- Adding sfx for new hero (Syaoran)
- Tenshi Mode added
- Fixing duel winner announcement
- Fixing Megidolaon
- Fixing Streak System
8/08/2012 - Testing
- Rebalancing new Hero
- Fixing Hero Pick system
- Fixing AI
9/08/2012 - Add -PA (Pick AI)

10/08/2012 - Rebalancing
- Aigis rework
- Fixing Alice default
11/08/2012 - |Testing, fixing tooltip, adding sound effect for new hero

In this case, We want to ask your opinion about our new system for ABC.
Please just give answer for UNSOLVED question.

We wanted to create a streak system like DoTA, (we have prepare everything)
(Like 3 kill = killing spree, 4= Dominating, 5= Mega kill, etc)
This useful for balance,
(So when the dominating player dies, the opposite
team able to re balance the game by gaining more gold and experience as
reward)

The main case is, what reward given to player which having streak..
I don't want to add extra gold as reward..

you know, its easy to gain gold from killing even without extra reward...
( UNSOLVED )

uh... the lumbers idea actually is a bit similar with BvO... but doesn't really matter
however... I think it just the same with getting money (but just in shape of item)
and it even worse if you already full equip

I want to making advantage on killing hero.. BESIDES OF GOLD..



I think the conclusion is..

Gain some buff/ability/status (still unconsidered) when getting streak... the higher streak you got the stronger buff/ability/status
But when killed, the buff/ability/status bonus is lost... and have longer re-spawn time
Extra gold and experience given for killing player within streak.

Not get a killing spree. I said break yo.
And heroes should lose some of their gold when they die, based on level.
Heck, import Dota's gold system.

ehh I don't like the loss of gold upon death. I'd prefer some other penalty. That would cause base-whoring and overall give a less fun and crazy experience to the map..

yeah the gold loss upon death is annoying, it wont give a chance for the weaker team to make a comeback, since they will being PK 24/7 by the stronger team

What about the other way around? The whole team gank a single carry to reduce his farming?
You guys should start thinking both ways. If you can't play well or couldn't play good enough against someone, you deserve to be penalized. Ofc with the gold loss on dead we should probably get the reliable gold from killing too, make their comeback a whole lot easier. Note that people don't even gank in ABC, more or less they farm till duel or 6 items THEN combat, unless they encounter in the same creep camp.

You can't base whoring. You can tele. There're 3 different places you can tele to. You can use the normal entrance too. Learn to use wards to give you sight of the place or even the place near your tele-ing entrance. Ask pkw, nomon and tom how I avoided most of their ganks (Until nomon's little girl got a sneaky kill on me because I simply didn't spot the hero.yet.and she has 2k range invul blink) and managed to score a few kills when a hero is caught farming alone. But then again since it doesn't actually do much when you gank, I preferred to farm in that game and avoid combat as much as possible.

Gold loss on dead is there to encourage you to do better. Not to discourage you on being snowballed. Ganking here and now in ABC, as Nuuby stated, is less than farming due to the amount of gold being rewarded is as good as using those skills to kill some creep camps, later on being half as good. And you actually don't do much on ganking beside some gold and a silly 10~30s of not getting any exp for enemy (which doesn't even hurt their exp gaining that much, only at most a level difference)

As they've made it public, the question I meant, it hinted that they could not just discuss that themselves to a certain meter of satisfaction; so I doubt it would be any easier in private.

You know, you guys can probably make recipes that uses the same items as well.

For example, a Lv5 Talisman can be used to upgrade into either Alavastor or another 2nd tier item. Something like that.
